Ann-Marie graduated from Quinnipiac College in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. She has been working at Independence Physical Therapy since August, 2007. Prior to working at IPT, she has had 13 years of experience in acute and subacute settings. Presently, she serves as the Clinical Manager at IPT. She specializes in the medically complex patient, geriatric population and neurologically involved patients including stroke and traumatic brain injury clientele. She is LSVT-BIG certified for Parkinson's patients. She also has clinical expertise with generalized orthopedic/post-surgical rehabilitation, balance/vestibular rehab including fall prevention and aquatic physical therapy. She enjoys teaching and mentoring PTA and Doctoral Physical Therapy students. Ann-Marie is compassionate and an active listener to her patients' concerns. She will optimize their individual functional goals to enhance their quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her 2 children, family and friends. She likes to go to the beach, stand up paddle boarding, reading and gardening.
